Experiment with Light, Swarthmoor Hall, Cumbria 6-8 July 2012The ‘Experiment with Light’ is a process that helps people
deepen their spiritual lives by discovering what it means to ‘wait in
the Light’. A series of events, organised by Woodbrooke, is taking place this year.
The next event is at Swarthmoor Hall, Cumbria ( with Margaret Bradshaw, Val Bone
and Helen Meads). Barmoor Appeal - Sponsored Cycle Ride, 23-24 June 2012Pickering & Hull Area Meeting are organising a sponsored cycle ride in aid of the Centenary Project to upgrade the hostel at Barmoor. The objective is for a group of Friends to cycle to each meeting house in the
area, a total route of 130 miles - from Hull to Scarborough and Pickering, then
Kirkbymoorside (for meeting for worship), then on to Malton, Beverley and back
